How come, when I see this picture, "The Final Countdown" starts playing in my head?

this picture looks like something out of a bad Chinese movie. MUCHO GRANDE EL GATO V. MUCHO GRANDE EL GATO! i guess that's Spanish but u get the idea eh.
When mine do I get the spray bottle of water. They do not like that!
